About Our Return Policy
Because Southside is a Durable Medical Equipment Supplier, and subject to specific rules, and ACHC regulations,
we are unable to accept certain items for return.
Non-Returnable/Refundable Items
Specifically, intimate apparel including, but not limited to stockings and incontinent pants, as well as bathroom products are not
returnable. Individual use items like surgical supplies, including cervical
collars, trusses and braces are not returnable.
Returns
Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items that can be returned must be able to be sterilized in accordance with ACHC rulings. Please note that items can also be returned due to damage resulting from shipping , or manufacturer defects.
